G Chandra Shekar has been associated with the Center for Sustainable Agriculture from the year 2006 with specialization in Pest and Disease Management, working on the field levels with the low, marginal and tribal farmers and providing his support and guidance through local NGOs on NPM and Organic Farming. He works towards the yield improvement, revitalizing rainfed farming, networking with the governments, developing resource person on season-long training, ensure research and developmental activities in the fields of NPM/Organic and Sustainable Agriculture and allied subjects to create and implement innovative solutions and strategies for pertinent issues faced.
